RH CAR's rental operations, managed manually via phone calls, paper, and Excel, suffered from significant inefficiencies before this project. This traditional approach often caused scheduling conflicts and inconsistencies due to the lack of a centralized system. It also led to an exhaustive administrative workload as staff manually handled all availability checks and bookings. Crucially, unstructured damage tracking complicated vehicle maintenance and delayed their return to service.

I developed a web-based platform that lets customers book cars online and gives staff real-time control over the fleet. This streamlined operations, reduced errors, and improved both internal workflows and customer satisfaction.

The homepage is designed to be clear and easy to use. Right away, users see a large banner and a quick search form to filter cars by brand, city, and dates. Below that, a section highlights the top vehicles of the month, showing their details and prices. Clear call-to-action buttons and a live counter of available cars help guide users to book quickly and easily.

RH Car offers an intuitive way to explore vehicles. Customers can easily browse the entire fleet using filters to quickly find cars.

For convenience, they can also mark vehicles as favorites directly from the list, making it easy to return to their preferred choices for a quicker booking experience.

Once logged in, users gain personalized control over their rental journey. A dedicated profile section allows them to securely update personal details like name and contact information. Furthermore, a comprehensive My Reservations area lets them view and manage all their current and past bookings, ensuring a seamless and organized rental process from start to finish.

For RH CAR staff, the admin dashboard provides powerful tools for comprehensive business management. It offers insightful overviews of reservations and revenues, detailed booking calendars, and efficient vehicle fleet management, allowing quick search, filter, and addition of new cars

Beyond core rentals, the system empowers staff to precisely modify existing bookings, including client and vehicle details, dates, and even visually report damages.

Additionally, it streamlines human resource management, enabling administrators to easily manage user accounts and staff information, ensuring all aspects of the business are efficiently controlled from a single, unified platform.
